Goodwin Building – Level 6

Level 6 offers a collection of apartment‑style rooms, each featuring 2-3 single beds, study desks, built‑in cupboards and a shared bathroom and toilet. The level accommodates 32 guests and includes two breakout lounge rooms, a kitchenette, dining areas, and elevator access, making it ideal for group stays or residential programs.

Goodwin Building – Level 7

Level 7 provides 40 beds across modern apartments, each room equipped with 2-3 single beds, desks, wardrobes and a shared bathroom and toilet. Guests also have access to two breakout lounge areas, a kitchenette, dining spaces, and convenient elevator access.

Bauer Building – Level 8

Level 8 features 24 beds in a modern layout, with apartments configured as two bedrooms sharing one bathroom. Each bedroom includes 2 single beds, desks and wardrobes. The level offers multiple breakout areas, a kitchenette, a small dining room, and elevator access, creating a comfortable and flexible accommodation environment.

Bauer Building – Level 9

Level 9 provides 15 beds in a modern configuration, with one bed per apartment and bathroom shared between every two rooms. Each bedroom includes a single bed, desk and wardrobe. Additional amenities include a lounge room, kitchenette, small dining area, study nooks, and elevator access.

Bauer Building – Level 10

Level 10 offers 12 beds in a similar modern layout, with one bed per apartment and an ensuite shared between every two rooms. Each bedroom includes a single bed, desk and wardrobe. Guests can enjoy a lounge room, kitchenette, small dining area, study nooks, and exclusive access to the sky deck, showcasing views of Brisbane City. Elevator access is available.

Dining Options

All on‑site meals are provided exclusively by the Somerville House Catering team, who can tailor a menu to suit the needs of your group. Please note that cooking is not permitted within the Boarding House.

Important Information

As these facilities operate as part of a School Boarding House, accommodation is only available to groups of students. Visiting groups are required to provide a minimum of 2 supervisors per floor for the duration of their stay. All adults staying require a current Blue Card.

The School maintains 24/7 on-site Security for the campus.

Please note that, as this is an active Boarding House, external bookings are only available during school holiday periods.
